2. Cabinet door panel: 21mm MDF board with custom lacquer painting narrow boarder shaker style finish, colors are customized.
3. Hardware: world famous brand Blum Soft closing drawer sliders and hinges.
4. Toe Kick: 10mm height moisture proof particle board in same melamine finish as carcass.
For every order before shipping, our production team will do pre-assembly test to make sure each unit cabinet fit well and no panels are left. Clients could choose to use flat packing and pre-assembled packing way for shipping out, but usually we suggest our clients to sue flat packing, because this could help saving some shipping cost, since flat packing way package volume will be smaller. And usually we will show our clients pictures and videos for finished cabinets before shipping, in this way, our clients will feel our service is more reliable, and actually this is a very important step for us doing custom kitchen cabinet order.
